- Measure your outdoor area and draw an accurate sketch of your dream deck/patio.
- Show you example photos of previous projects, along with sample boards, so you can see and feel the materials in person.

We research the right products and materials for your project and present you with a fixed price quotation. We are happy to discuss any adjustments and variations to ensure your get the deck/patio of your dreams.
4. Approval
Your approval is simple - just sign and return the acceptance form and we are ready to get started.
5. Preparing to Build
We take care of the architectural plans, council approval and BSA insurances. Once you sign off on the plans, we then order the highest-grade materials and schedule a start date.
6. Construction Commences
To ensure the safety of your family and the DeKing team, we promise to keep your property clean and tidy during construction, and remove all waste materials on completion. 7. Progress Reports

Once construction is complete, we will perform a final inspection with you to ensure your new deck/patio has been built to your needs and our standards.
9. Enjoy

10. 12 Month Deck Check GUARANTEE
Twelve months after completion, we will return to inspect your deck/patio and provide you with a written report. Any defects or concerns you may have will be addressed and rectified free of charge (Subject to conditions).
